Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused Drillbrush power scrubbers in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our fulfillment center using your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
